Shortcut for refresh rate on quick panel?

I just made a bixby routine widget on my home screen to change the refresh rate more easily, but I'm curious:
Is there a way to make it so I can change the refresh rate from the quick panel (the one you get when you slide from the top)?

This isn't a feature that's available at the moment, but we're always changing things around so it could be a possibility in the future!
