Secure folder

I can't find the secure folder it's not in the settings or anything I downloaded the app and it won't even open I'm on the samsung a13 if that helps in anyway.

It's in the notification drawer. Pull from the top down so it shows where the WiFi and Bluetooth are. Then swipe right. You need to turn it on. If its not there, press + and it

Hi, I've been looking into this and there seems to be confusion over whether the A13 has Secure Folder.
If it has it will be in settings, biometrics and security.

It's not there I have checked multiple times and whenever I search my issue up no ones seems to have the same problem

Hi Declan, I have recently purchased an A13 and have transferred my data using Smart Switch from my old A5. The secure folder was not moved as the A13 does not seem to have this feature included. I have also downloaded the app from playstore, but it will not open..😒 Did you manage to find a solution?

hi when you go to your photos and hit on the 3 dots on the left top it says transfer to  locked folder it took my photo so were did it go ??
