My unique image,my own personal artwork somehow appeared as a Samsung screensaver on my phone..I have never connected that work to this device.

Which Launcher are you using? If you switched to Microsoft's instead of Samsung's it will sync your computer appearance preferences to your phone and show your choice of images on home and lock screen
