Screen turn off while having a video call - A35 5G

Hi everyone!!!

I just got my new Samsung A35 5G and just noticed that the screen turns off having a video call on Discord. I have tried changing some settings like "Keep screen on while viewing" but it keeps turning off. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
