Screen recording has no audio

New phone. Been using for 3 weeks, Galaxy A35. I used the screen recorder once, it worked fine. After a few days i tried to record my screen but it doesnt record the audio, the media audio recording is on but still no audio. restarted my phone multiple times and it still doesnt fix the problem, turning off Do not disturb doesnt help. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Could you please make sure when you launch screen record you choose the third option (media and mic)

If it asks you for permission to use mic, grant it the permission. If by mistake you did not, you can go to permission editor>microphone, from the three dots at the top, show system apps, scroll to Samsung capture and allow it to use the mic while in use
