After 3 months with a problematic A73 5G device, the experience with Samsung support in South Africa is an absolute nightmare, they just do not have any reason to assist.
When purchasing a new device save yourself time and trouble and buy a different brand.
Samsung do not know what customer service is at all
Did you buy the phone directly from Samsung in your region or from a reseller ?
What has Samsung Support advised ?
Check what your consumer laws are i.e for example in the UK the seller of the phone has to provide support in the first instance.
May I ask what " problematic " issues are you experiencing and what troubleshooting have you tried so far.
Has the phone been assessed by a Samsung Service Centre ?
