Samsung health app not able to access

Many times called Cutomer service , but till now no resolution so far , can anybody help

No My last Phone was Stolen A53 5G in Rotterdam, So Installed everything from Google drive , But to Access App , Samsung account Password is just enough , I guess

When you logged in with you r Samsung account you can also synchronize the data off your Samsung Health-app. When you reset the phone to the factory settings install your new phone without a back-up.

I have done same , But same Problem persists , I assume this is to do something with locations ??? As , Locations I put as India

Perhaps it's better if you make an appointment for a visit to one of our Service Centre.
