Hi. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G. I have a pair of JBL Tune 500BT wireless bluetooth headphones. I have successfully paired the headphones with the phone, through the bluetooth settings. They DID WORK to start with, but then stopped working.
The bluetooth settings still say that the headphones are connected. The headphones make their little 'connected' sound. But no sound is coming through them.
I have confirmed in the specific bluetooth settings on the phone that the headphones have both 'calls' and 'audio' switched to 'on'.
I have tried other bluetooth devices with the same phone, and they are ALL having the same issue.
I have tested the other bluetooth devices with another phone, and they all work fine.
Please help!

I have the same problem with my A52 5g. I tried something and it has worked so far. Follow the steps below:
Clear Bluetooth Cache – Android
Go to Settings.
Select “Apps"
Display system apps (you may need to either swipe left/right or choose from the menu in the top right corner)
Select Bluetooth from the now larger list of Applications.
Select Storage.
Tap Clear Cache. Go back.
Finally restart the phone.
I hope it helps you my friend

I've had the same issue with the A52. I've tested it with the Buds+ included and also with other wireless headphones and it's the same experience: it works after a fresh restart but it stop working after a while.
Weird things also occur when sounds stopping coming out of the headphones: Audios in whatsapp or videos in YouTube won't play either.
Hope this is fixed in a future software update...

I tried it just now, and in the first Zoom video call the Bluetooth disconnected and the call voice will come out from the speakers again. so it didn't work again. now I can say, I tried everything!
Thank you

Look 3 messages above and try what I said there. It solved the problem in my A52 5g and I am using it with no complications

My reply was to you actually, I tried what you said.
In fact, I got remote assistance and visited them in their branch and they tried everything as well. then they blamed the third-party applications.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. Let's hope Samsung will realize the problem and maybe fix it in the next update

That's what I'm waiting for, hopefully.
Anyway, they told me not to worry as I still have a 1-year warranty if it was a manufacturing default.
