Samsung galaxy A13 radio

Samsung Galaxy A13 disabled radio ,as previous model A12 have easy offline FM radio.

Any solution without refunding phone and leaving the worst comment, thank you .

I'm not using your model of phone so cannot comment on it's radio function.

Is there an app in the Playstore you could use alternatively for a radio option ?

There is apps but they not compatible with my phone model or the area restricted to downl or functioning accurately as offline FM app.
