Samsung Galaxy A13 - Fingerprint Sensor

Evening all, 

My fingerprint sensor is no longer working. 

I've tried the usual "switch off and back on again" as recommend but still have the same issue. Has been like this now for 48hrs.....

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated 🙏

Try soft reset hold down side button and volume down key at same time until phone restarts hope this works for you it did for me
