SAMSUNG A70 FINGERPRINT NOT WORKING AFTER ANDROID 10 UPDATE

Hello

I have been experiencing issues with my fingerprint setup after upgrading my Samsung a70 to Android 10 this morning.

The issue is attached in the screenshot.

I think it has something to do with the upgrade.

Delete your fingerprints, restart your device and then re register them.

Ok the only other thing is the tried and tested ,
Wipe cache partition steps.

Turn off device

Long press volume up and power until a list of options come on screen.

Select only the "wipe cache partition " option

Then reboot device

There is a Samsung memers app which has some hardware and software check things , not sure if there is a fingerprint sensor checker.

I have done that, same result

It asked me to add a fingerprint before the checker would work

Unfortunately I'm all out of ideas then, hopefully a moderator or someone with more knowledge will step in to help.
I am sorry my simple and usually the case tips didn't help and I hope it's sorted very soon.

I will keep looking online for you but I'm sure this will most likely be a service centre job.
