What have you tried so far @Gurminder ?
A phone can slow down after a while due to hardware limitations and what the phone picks up over time with usage.
I'd suggest to perform the following....
1. Turn the phone Off and On to soft reboot it.
2. Make sure your apps are all updated to the newest build.
3. Put the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps but leaves the stock one's working and then see what happens. If things improve then one or more of your apps are causing this issue. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time until it stops. It's a matter of process of elimination.
4. Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's system files and clear the cache files. No info is lost this way.
5. Remove any relevant Sd card and then see what happens.
6. As a very last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
7. A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

So if all the steps I've provided don't help then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help @Gurminder

I have Samsung a8 2018 on android 9 with same processor or is also very slow. There is nothing we can do these phones have a mediocre processor and as apps and software become more demanding they will slow down even in basic tasks.
