Samsung A55

I messed with the advanced white balance RGB sliders and got a noticeable colour increase. 

Also I needed a phone that could take onboard all my S8 stuff and this A55 was dot on and £1100  cheaper than the S24 Ultra I really wanted. That's all that mattered, the S8 was out of updates or security patches and getting a bit squirrely. 

As far as I'm aware there is an update in September that will address the vividness issues.

And although it has some colour issues the A55 is twice the phone and half the price of my old S8.

Everyone can feel free to get a bit miffed, but the way I see it a couple of decades ago we'd all be burned as witches with the gadgets we've got today. Some people haven't got enough to eat, drink and have a place to call home. 1st world problems are so trivial. Time to adjust some importance compasses and live in the now. It's like Covid never happened, back to the default setting for the human race of moaning about everything.

I've had Samsungs since they were available. They are, to me, the best phones bar none. Easy to use and they try their best to keep everyone happy.

This, I think, even looks better than the S24. Sacrilege! So chill out and enjoy a superb phone that punches well above its weight.

We all like different phone models for our own reasons.

My colleague has an A52 model. She just saw it in my hand and immediately said that it looked like an old phone, colors were washed out.
Samsung older A series 's models look sharper in colors than A55.

no one can justify that the A55's colors are sharp enough.

Absolutely, it fulfills my needs and Samsung never seems to disappoint. But you can't please all the people all the time. As you can already see here. I had a Ford Focus Mk1 that I had for 15 years. Then they ruined it through design. But I still drive Fords.
