I've been having a problem with my Phone, the Fingerprint Sensor says a Calibration is needed. Customer Service is not helping. Any Suggestions?

Hi.

Things I'd Try.

1. Clean the screen
2. Remove all biometrics
3. Redo the Fingerprints maybe same finger twice.

Also a WIPE phone Cache. ( check YouTube on how to go about it)

Unless it's a hardware issue.

PS. You could also run the diagnostics under the Members app support tab.

Was this a new phone or a repaired one? If the screen was replaced it wont work *to my understanding
