I think people like apple as its always a familiar setup on ios Things change slowly Plus it's a simpler platform Samsung in contrast gives you options. You can stick with how the phone comes or customise with Samsung Goodlock Plus Samsung has an AI that works Cameras that you can set with pro mode or get the best results with Expert RAW So much that's better with Samsung over Apple
I think a lot of people like Apple because it just works out of the box. Android is a different beast with so many different phones and some of the apps don't work as well as they should.
