samsung A50 does not shown the notification on lock screen

Need to flash my lockscrreen while notification comes from any app still wont get any notification on my lock lock screen i tried all the ideas from varios site 
like hide content,hide notification is disabled and switch on notification but still not shown my frnd alreayd dont go with samsung phone but your proving all the time pls help me feel better

Same issue , when i am using my mobile , i am getting all notifications but when i put my mobile a side for more then 5-10 mins , no notifiation alerts on lock screen, until i tap a screen and all notifications suddenly appear on screen.

Samsung members - chat team unable to resolve it , they only follow ready made scripts and solutions which we already aware of ... I even replaced a device from retailer and same issue.
