Hi,
When the phone leaves the house or when the Wi-Fi is disconnected, it does not automatically connect to LTE/4G network. It only connects if the phone is turned off and back on again, which is very annoying.
I have tried solutions that other people have had with this problem, but they do not work on this phone.
Any suggestions?

Hello @archpol
Which solutions have you already tried please ?
If you haven't already try resetting your network in your settings section.
Also your sim card may be at fault.
Your Network's Customer Services Team or local Network Highstreet Store can arrange a Sim Swap to replace your sim card.
The phone has built in diagnostic tools.
Launch your Members App and you will see a diagnostic toggle.
This will bring up....
As a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then another sim card in your phone.
If the issue still exists then approach a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for them to test the phone.
The issue could also be your local and surrounding masts which you should be able to check via your Network Mast Checker pages, unless this is happening everywhere.
I wish you all the best with this.

Thanks for your response.
Mobile data is turned off when the phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
I will keep them both active and see what happens.

@BandOfBrothers
Thanks for your response.
Solutions I have tried:
- New SIM Card
- Turning mobile data off, then turning it back on
- Turning on Airplane mode, then turning it off
- Resetting network settings
- Disabling "switch to mobile data", this solved the same problem for someone else.
The phone was working fine at the start, and I do not think the local masts have been changed.
Next step will probably be to take it into a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre then.
Thanks for your help.
