Samsung A25 G5 earphone button control

Hi all.. my a25 5g would tell me the time when using the earphones. A long press of lower on/off button would creat a a low note then a higher note and then a voice would tell me the time. My 6 month old foster daughter had a play with it...and niw after the 2 tones there is silence. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this useful feature back please. Tia

Go to Settings > Volume > Sounds and vibration > System sounds > Turn up system volume. Make sure to turn on "Touch interactions." If it doesn't let you turn up the system volume in that section, click back, go to Volume, and turn it up there.

First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
