Bought my Samsung A14 64GB back in November and have been experiencing issues for the last couple of months.
Problems consist of the following -
non-response screen upon selecting keypad or apps.
App crashes
Phone completely freezes, very slow and sluggish. From unlocking the phone to answering calls, using basic apps etc, the phone either freezes, lags or takes a long time to load.
I have factory reset the device, installed all up-to date software, cleared memory and backed up all files to maximise the phones memory.
Took it to a phone technician in Currys (Car phone warehouse partner) who advised the UI/Software the phone has, is the same as the S22 Ultra. The technician advised the A14 is a budget Samsung phone and that the phone is unable to run the same software but Samsung continues to send the updates through even know the phone is not compatible.
The technician advised he has sent many A14s off for repair but the customers have reported the same issue.
Extremely frustrated as this is a new phone and I'm tied in for 24 month!! the phone is completely unusable.

Same issue here I feel like crying because this is supposed to be a good budget phone and crazy thing is that they don't want to release an update for it since about 3-4 months ago Samsung please do something for the a14

I have had exactly the same problems with my A14 samsung, I have been reporting problems since I got in December 2023 and keep getting palmed off. The phone basically does what it wants on a daily basis freezes, kicks me out of apps and will not let me answer calls the latest is my mobile data not working for 4 days and so far Sky and Samsung have not sorted 🤔

I get its totally frustrating, I solved my issues by finding the app which was causing it.
Try running your diagnostics, run the optimiser, update all the app - get rid of any apps which you dont use or the bloatware apps which come installed (MS Office etc).
If that doesnt work, restart in safe mode, or submit reports to samsung, if they tell you to return it ring them when the give you a number, they will get you to download an offical samsung remote help app, and work out what the issue is.

Same here, it's the worst brand new phone I have ever purchased... Vivo is a lot better than this... I should have purchased Vivo

I accidentally logged out of the samsung account, it seemed to help with the freezing....

When I power my phone on, it takes like 5-6 minutes to completely load, and when I close an app/game sometimes, the home screen doesn't pop up for a few seconds. I'm thinking about getting an iphone, this is buIIsh1t
