I recently replaced my old A20e with an A14, and used smart switch to bring across all my data. However, there are some really strange audio issues on this new device, it sounds muffled and isn't producing high pitches at all, and sometimes struggled with voices too. I've tried resetting my setting to default, made sure the equaliser wasn't modifying the sound in any way, and used multiple audio devices in the jack and with Bluetooth and it all sounds the same, but when I play the same audio from a different device it's noticeably better (using a different app doesn't help) so I'm fairly certain the problem lies with the device itself. I've even backed my phone up and reset to factory settings but to no avail.
Is there anything I can do about this? Listening to music and podcasts is 50% of what I use the phone for so it would be a shame if I had to get a new one.
