Samsung a12 Factory reset protection, unauthorized

For unknown reason no matter how many times i entered the simple pin i had set in place it just wouldnt go through.

This had happened before with another phone so i decided to factory reset

When i factory resetted it told me it was unauthorized and i would need to input pin, a pin that i had forgotten, or google account, that i of course hadnt memorised

Are there any ways to reset the phone out of this?

Do i need to go to a support for this or will a store be able to fix this?
