Proximity Sensor Always on

I have a Galaxy A05, The proximity sensor is always on and when I make a call screen goes black out. It keep hapenning less than 24 hours after buying the phone. I have tried cleaning the sensor area, removing the screen protector and didnt solve the problem. What are the possible solutions for this?

Are you able to press dial pad numbers when on a call for options as when just about to press the screen will go of this happens to me a53

Yes I can, But I have to trun on the screen first. and then I can use options.
