Printing from and saving PDFs on my Galaxy A40

I can print and save as PDFs for web, photos, documents etc. but cannot print emails. I currently use Bluemail. When I try to do either I get the message "Sorry, that didn't work. Try again." I  hade tried a different email client and different printer plugins without any luck. I all worked fine until a few days back and it is very frustrating. Can anyone help please?

install Samsung Printer Plug-in and use that as your default.

Thanks, I have tried that and also the HP plug in but neither worked.

Have you tried printing from Google Mail?

Just tried that without luck, What I can't get me head around that it is only emails from phone, I can print everything else including emails through my browser (webmail).

you can get BlueMail for a pc. As I used BlueMail on my phone and pc. I could print from the pc and view on the go from my phone.
