I'd like to have the mail app only start up when I specifically do so. I've disabled mail at startup using the all-in-one toolbox app (and tried it with another startup manager with same results). At startup, the mail app isn't running in services when checking in the devloper options. But a few minutes later, mail has started up. I don't want to have to kill the service everytime.
So how can you have mail start up when you click on the icon and then stay off once I quit?
