Predictive Text

Why have I now got to activate the predictive text feature to enable the spell check funtion. I despise predictive text and will move to a different phone brand if this issue is not addressed. Surely to have an option to switch both these functions is much more user friendly. Please get this sorted or you will lose a loyal customer and I suspect many more.
