Although a phone bought abroad should still get an update it can take longer to recieve as your dependent on the region it was released in sending it out @nickphilp
I imported a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra from Samsung Hong Kong and still recieved updates. I'm in the UK.
You could try using Samsung Smartswitch to see if there's an update that way.
Other options is manually downloading it which information can be found on sites such as sammobile.com and xdadevelopers.com but be very very careful if you go down this route as not to unstable the phone.
Personally I'd keep trying the phone's software update section for a while longer but it's upto you.
I hope that helps.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
