My phone will no longer register on the mobile network.
As per you website I arranged to go to the nearest EE store for repair.
I explained that the phone wotks fine when on wifi and that I had tried another SIM, a replacement SIM and the SIM from my wifes iPhone. None of them will work when on 4G but the phone recognises them and they work for calls and data when on wifi.
The guy at the EE store took the phone 'out the back' and cam back to tell me they tried an EE SIM and it 'worked'. I am dubious of whether they made calls etc and they never showed me it working.
I was told that they wouldn't send it off for repair.
Warranty runs our on the 7th April.
Disappointed I have had to go and buy a new phone and this experience means it wasn't a Samsung.

Hey there

Couple of things:

1. Is your device locked to a network and if so is / are the SIMs you are trying for that network?

2. Where did you get the device from? I'm wondering if the device was purchased say from eBay and the IMEI blocked?

The UK has strict laws with warranty and such, tell ee you either fix the phone or you'll go to the ombudsman
