@nessienoo If you can get into recovery Mode see if you can wipe the cache partition, altetnatively a Factory Reset (though any Data not backed up is lost).
However the A50 has reached the end of its life, stopped reeiving security updates a year ago and only elegible to receive up to Android 11.
