Phone keyboard

I am trying to pay a bill and when it asks me to press 1 2 3 or 4 it doesn't work,can anyone tell me what I need to do please

Does your keyboard pop up to let you try and type in the number 🤔 

I assume your using the Samsung Keyboard.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

If your network isn't picking up the identifier when you press for options it is usually one of two reasons....

1. Fault with your network
2. Fault with the telephony system used by the company you are engaging with when pressing 12 etc
