Got text saying I'd paired new device from Halifax building society which I hadnt. It shows as available device when bluetooth  switched on. How do I get rid of it?

Pull your notification shade down and long press on the Bluetooth Icon.

This will bring up a list of devices paired to your phone. If its there then press on the go icon and unpair.

If it isn't there then consider turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's system files and clear the cache files. No information is lost this way @Chellow

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I have around 4 devices available that are not all mine depending where I am in the house via my A51 5G, it's perfectly secure if they're not paired. If you do ever pair by mistake, just hold the entry and click "forget"

All good.
