One UI 8 Update lag like crazy

Hi, I have updated to One UI 8 this week and my phone is lagging like crazy compared to one ui 7 which was smooth af. Please help me fix this lag.

A25 5G. I know its an A series but it was so smooth before One UI 8

Did you clear phone cache straight after updating, my social media Instagram tiktok YouTube are really fast and dead smooth. I do have animations turned off open settings display at the bottom Vision enhancement, reduce animations

Yep I did it from recovery mode

Some A phones doesn't have AI but Gemini and Circle to Search like the Z and S phones do

I had the same. Settings>modes and routines> 3 dots top right>customisation service>Off and that sorted it for me

What is customisation service?

It's on the Modes and Routines settings page. I effectively turned of modes and routines from working in the background
