The A13 does appear to be slated to get Android 14. But it will be flagships first.

S23 Series rolling out now.
S22 Series in Beta
Fold5 in Beta
Flip5 (I think) in beta

The A series (where applicable) will be further down the line. My realistic view here is Q1 2024.

I haven't even received it yet and I have s21+

It is in beta on S22 series.

Bearing in mind your device is a couple of series ago, and the fact the S23 Series (flagships) have only just this week started to get it, it'll be a lil while yet before S21 Series gets it.

And if I'm being honest, it isn't that much of an upgrade. Not worth the wait in my opinion.
