***** Office QR CODE can't be downloaded

The Post Office has sent me link to download a QR CODE in order to print a label but my phone won't allow it to appear, how to I sort this out ?

Wish I could, he looked about 12 and didn't really communicate with me, just my phone ! But gave me such a smile when he cracked it, I was just pleased to get a result I didn't think to ask what he did. I am sorry, I realise now that info would have been helpful to this forum apologies
