Hi
I have recently stopped getting no of notifications on badge for messages. Still there for Whatsapp & email (haven't had any missed calls, so don't know if that's working or not).
Last night I went in to messages/settings & turned on badge notifications.
I now have (irritating) floating "smart pop up notification" bubble permanently on my home screen
If I turn off messaging notifications it goes away
I have checked in settings - smart pop-up notifications is off
A9 Android 9 One UI version 1.1
