Nigeria:::after downloading android 15 UI 7.0 the update on my Samsung A15, was unable to install...what do you think might be the problem

Hi @Flicks360. This is the Samsung UK Community page, so we are limited in the support we can offer. Did you get an error message when you attempted to install the update? Make sure you're using Wi-Fi to install the update and your battery is at least 50%.

@Flicks360 I have given some additional suggestions on your other post. As indicated though by @AtshaamY specialised support would only be available in your region.

No,I am not saying that. You would need to check if particular issues in own region. However sometimes it is just server issues which do get sorted and you could try again later . Can try some of the Troubleshooting meantime.
