no vibrate since updated

Big update last weekend, no vibrate now ! Any ideas please , did all restarts and checks and still nothing ? X

put in recovery and wipe cache?.. or samsjng labs app and optimise all apps?

@lynb1960: Try heading to Settings > Sounds an Vibration > Vibration Pattern (ensure an option is selected) > Vibration Intensity > Move the slider to a suitable level. If your query relates to touch interactions, select System Sound/Vibration Control > Vibration, and toggle on your preferred options.

oh dear 😳 thanks, but not working still , have looked at settings and the vibrate is greyed out ! won't even vibrate when volume is full on ! xx
