no secure folder...

Just got a new A12 can't find the secure folder in any of the menus where all the help guides say it is. Any ideas???

I know, annoying. I usually have s series with everything but keep breaking screens... to expensive to replace screens so opted for A12 as trial... quite a few software reductions which I expected but no secure folder! Lots of sites say you can get it so going to explore a bit... Still got a free nintendo switch thrown into the deal which makes makes up for it (",)

I had my second for 5 years. I've had 2 different resilient cases on it. Bounced it many times with no damage to the phone itself. Have a screen protector too. Cracked a few of them too.
Id have thought a software upgrade could sort it but...
