No dial tone or sound

Dropped my a12 and smashed screen. Had it replaced with a screen protector added. Realised I didn't have sound so took it bk. Now have sound on apps but dial tone sound gone and can't hear if anyone picks up so essentially can't call or receive calls. Any ideas? I have turned phone off and on and all sound settings are normal

@coff: Did you arrange for your Galaxy A12 to be inspected and repaired by an authorised Samsung engineer? You issue seems to be related to the phone's in-call speaker, therefore please head to the Phone app, select the Keypad, and dial *#0283#. Now, select “Start: RCV_1stMic” and speak into your phone like you’re on a call. Can you hear yourself during the playback?
