Hi all, my Samsung A53 updated to Android 15 and UI7, and suddenly doesn't connect anymore to mobile data. How can I fix it? anyone else with the same issue? The internet provider said it is a software issue that has to be solved by Samsung.

Have you attempted your SIM in another device or connected another SIM in your phone?
The best way to know if it's the device or the SIM is to try your SIM in another device. If it still doesn't work, it's a SIM/provider issue.

Does it say "no signal"?

What troubleshooting have you attempted?

*Providers are quick to blame the device over themselves.

I have signal for call and messages, but no internet. I tried the sim in another phone with Android 14 and it works fine. I tried it also in another phone with Android 15 and the same problem, all good for calls but no internet.

Try cleaning your sim and pins where sim goes that sometimes solves the issue

I tried the SIM in another phone from another brand, and it works. I think it's an Android problem. Has anyone else had the same issue?
