@TLD Hello, the apps that cannot be uninstalled, please try to disable them.
Other pre-installed apps have an option: Uninstall updates.
Applying this, the applications remain occupying the minimum possible internal storage.

As far as I'm aware it's baked into the phone and can't be un installed.
Of course you can force stop and disable the app and loom to clear the apps cache and data.
I'm unsure if a package disabler / un installers available from the Playstore would help
However these package uninstallers need to be used with extreme caution.
The app is only using 30mb on my phone which I feel is negligible but I appreciate your viewpoint on this. It's our phone so we should have a say.
