Hallo @ilorona,
Thank you for your message. What model Galaxy phone do you have and is everything up-to-date? Have you also tried deleting the chache memory through the recovery menu? If not, turn of your phone, press and hold the Volume Up, Power, and Home/Bixby buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds you will enter the recovery menu. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Let us know it it worked.
With kind regards,
Ajay

Hi @ilorona,
This should only delete non-useful files and corrupted files that may be causing the issue, but not wipe your entire smartphone. If you want to be extra cautious, then you can make a back-up of your files before you do this. You can find tips on how to make a back-up on our website here: https://bit.ly/3NrOQ58.
Groetjes,
Alice
