I've used Samsung phones before but never had this type of issue. I was playing a game and suddenly the screen froze and the device restarted! And it stacked at the boot screen and never move from there! I'm stacked. I took it to the customer care in Bangladesh where I live! They charged me for flashing software but the same issue appeared after 3/4hours. Then the next day I brought the phone to customer care again and they told me to replace the motherboard! But the problem is regarding the warranty! I do have a warranty for the phone but I bought it from India. That's why in BD, the customer service center not covering it under warranty. I can't bring the phone to India now because of this pandemic situation. Now I'm fully stacked with a bricked phone! What should I do??? Please, someone, help me with a solution!

If this is hardware related then your not going to be able to be helped from here I'm afraid.

To add The software flash may have failed or they've used the wrong custom rom.

People can use custom roms themselves but its best to learn about them fully first.

A good site to visit is xda-developers.com.

Disclaimer 》

Using a Custom Rom can bring about an unstable phone or it may not work properly if the process glitches or the wrong Rom is used.

A person takes full responsibility if they perform this process and do so at their own informed decision. Samsung would levy a charge to put this right.

I appreciate the situation about warranty but you may have to use another phone in the interim until you can get to the country that your warranty is valid in @EatherAhmed

I wish you all the best with this situation.

Thanks for your response! I've tried posting on XDA but no luck. And Samsung service center told me it's a hardware issue if the stock ROM flashes not fixing the issue. So, I was thinking is there's any way I can get the service warranty in Bangladesh instead of India in the current situation! I can supply all the valid papers but don't know if it's even possible or not based on the ongoing situation! 😓

Warranty is country / region dependant so probably not.
