Status battery drain

When charging 100 unplug it drain battery suddenly disappear

100% set on battery, it go down fast percent kindly I don't wrong with it . I changed the screen but percent lose min

Kindly could remove filter app I mean inappropriate language remove, still here

 ,said always 1 background app closed when done charging to Hundred percent, when smartphone battery faster to cut 99% percent ,1 min by 1min .
