my device lagging

my 2 years+ samsung a20 start lagging so much and i can't afford new phone
how can i fix the lag?

The A20 has a low-mid range processor, the exynos 7884 is equivalent to the snapdragon 460 which is quite bad.
You should expect lag after a good 2-3 years, it also has only 3GB of ram.

Maybe try delete unecessary apps and files
