my A50 is down

Hi there,

my A50 is as of sudden shut down totally; it is not out of charge; has never been damaged. It was fine up to few hours ago but now it is dead. what should I do? I tried to switch it on a couple of times with no success. What is the issue? thanks

-do soft reset (hold power + volume down keys for 10 seconds)

-try another official charger

-try to enter the recovery mode if you can then clear cache (hold power + volume up keys for 10 seconds)

if persists, please get in touch with Samsung Support to arrange a repair.
