Music playback not controllable from lockscreen after May update

Before I could control music from lock screen. Now I only get what's playing? No buttons, no scrubber, nothing. I have to tap on the clock to get it to show.

Deezer and Samsung Music

When I enable the Control music from Lock screen option in Samsung Music, the music controls in the lock screen changes to this:

I'm not familiar with Deezer as I don't use it, is there any settings in that app for controlling the music from the lock screen?

I know about Samsung Music's feature.

What I'm referring to in this issue is Android's native way of handling media playback control - it's gone away with the May update, at least for me. There are no settings to change in-app, it's an *OS* issue.

The issue was resolved after rebooting again after the update.
