Whilst you cannot purchase from Samsung Music a number do play Music purchased from services in the Samsung Music app.
It will depend which type of files they are, due to changes in codec support policy WMA/WMV codecs are no longer supported in new products from 2021 onwards.
Samsung Music natively supports these file types: mp3, m4a, mp4, 3gp, 3ga, ogg, oga, aac, and flac.
See some information here https://www.samsung.com/Files on Samsung Phone Not Recognised
However a number of apps such as Poweramp will play a wider variety, VLC for instance is another option. A review of other apps here https://www.androidauthority.com/best-music-player-apps-for-android
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

MP3 files should be fine (as long as no restrictions), notice there is an updated Windows Media Player for Windows 10/11 users. https://www.neowin.net/news/the-new-windows-media-player-is-now-available-to-windows-10-users/
