Hi @ichage
Please start via a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
Next try....
Make sure none are checked.
🌈 Stay Safe 🌈
If no help turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache.
If no help then back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset as a last resort.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Here are some options that might help
Clear the Phone’s Cache Partition:
NOTE: If your phone crashes, freezes, or runs out of storage inexplicably and you’re considering factory resetting it, alternatively you can try and solve these issues by clearing the phone’s cache partition. This can yield results similar to a factory reset without losing any personal data.
YouTube tutorial (youtube.com/watch?v=ogRl6PzE63M)
- Turn off the phone if necessary
- Press and hold “Power”, “Home” and “Volume Up” simultaneously
- At the “Samsung” logo, release “Power”
- When the “Android” logo appears, release “Home” and “Volume Up”
- Once in the Android Recovery menu, press “Volume down” to navigate the menu and highlight “wipe cache partition”
- Press “Power” to select the highlighted option
- After the cache is cleared, highlight “Reboot system now” and press “Power”
Reboot in Safe Mode to Uninstall an Application:
NOTE: In case you have installed a third party application that causes issues and prevents you from removing it from the phone, you can uninstall the app from within Safe Mode. In this mode, all third party apps are disabled.
- Turn the phone OFF if necessary
- Press and hold “Power”
- When the “Samsung” logo appears, release “Power” and immediately press and hold “Volume down” instead
- Once the phone finishes rebooting, release “Volume down” too. NOTE: a “Safe Mode” watermark should be visible in the lower-left corner of the screen
- Next, open “Settings” and scroll to “Device”
- Tap “Applications” > “Application manager”
- Go to “Downloaded” and select the desired app
- Tap “Uninstall” twice to confirm
- Once the app has been removed, exit Safe Mode by rebooting your device as you normally would
