I have had a phone just 10 months but since the update on 1 May, having issues connecting to mobile network.
I cannot make or receive calls, no internet access when selecting 3G/4G. Occassionally connects (registers on network) but the phone heats up.
WIFI and WIFI calling is fine, connects to O2 network fine when using 2G only.
Hoping this is a software issue and next update will fix it. Any ideas?

Can you try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On and try choosing another network in the connection settings and then re choose o2.
Sometines when the phone isn't behaving itself after an update it may help to....
1. Turn the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache files.
2. Back up and remove any relevant Sd card and then as a very last resort factory reset.
3. Send a bug report vua the Samsung Members App.
4. A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic.
I wish you all the best with this situation @prabulike
