Hi. I done all the tests and everything seems to be fine but when I call people no-one can hear me sometimes, it's like the microphone has a intermittent fault, the phone is all upto date software. Thanks

This might sound silly but it really isn't. Your device is far more customisable these days.

When you are actually on a call, is your volume turned up? And are you sure you haven't accidentally clicked on mute on your screen?
